I’ve been so busy with working, like STUPIDLY busy considering I work in a deli. It tires me out so much. I’m off Friday and I’m going to go to the gym! So excited to work out.

Try this yoga routine in the morning to open up and get ready for the day.

Normally I would consider it nearly sinful to wake up before I absolutely have to on a work day. Tomorrow, however, I’m waking up 4 hours before I have be at work. At 7 I’m going to get up, get dressed, eat a snack and go for a run. Then I’m going to shower and make a healthy breakfast to fill me up.

Right now I’m making a playlist to run to. Do you guys have any suggestions for songs?
